I made sure I dl’ed the vista 64bit version, but it says it’s not compatable, so I can’t install it?

Thanks! I have been using my Precision M6400 for half the year with Windows XP, and have decided to use Vista instead. Just installed Vista tonight and noticed the weird pauses.

Thanks! The SATA driver update solved the same issue on my M6400. I’m glad I don’t have to live with bad audio and jerky mouse movements. Now it’s great!

Nice. I have a new Precision M6400 and have been pulling my hair out with the exact same issue. I’m off to get the updated SATA raid drivers.
