In my experience, big companies are often slow to act, un-willing and unable to change quickly, hence the reason why so many of them offer a bad service and are loss-making / heavily in debt. They are not at all reliable, like delivering three of four tire/wheel combinations and leaving the fourth in GA, half way between the pickup and the delivery points. And not delivering the remaining fourth one for three days. If I were them and could get a free service that would provide more info quicker than their own tracking site, I would welcome it with open arms. After all, customer service is what will keep the company in business. UPSS has my business because they are the lowest priced provider in my area.
