		<description>I congratulate your persistence. In my experience, big companies are often slow to act, un-willing and unable to change quickly, hence the reason why so many of them offer a bad service and are loss-making / heavily in debt. Ups have made no real effort to assist or understand the application, ie to help make it happen.</description>

		<description>UPSS has my business because they are the lowest priced provider in my area.  

They are not at all reliable, like delivering three of four tire/wheel combinations and leaving the fourth in GA, half way between the pickup and the delivery points.  And not delivering the remaining fourth one for three days.

If I were them and could get a free service that would provide more info quicker than their own tracking site, I would welcome it with open arms.
After all, customer service is what will keep the company in business.</description>
